HP Custom Kits

In this section you will find all the essential information for the creation and customization of our Hyperspike products. WE CONSIDER AS KITS & SET SHELVES:

• HP Starter Kits: it’s a basilar kit made only of frame & hardware parts able to create a two level rack. The clearance between the shelves vary between 135 mm and 355 mm for the standardized custom lenghts (for other special measures we invite you to contact us by e-mail). Included in this kit there are: A) n. 4 top caps; B) n. 4 bottom Hyperspikes; C) n. 4 top screws; D) n. 4 bottom screws; E) n. 4 stainless steel pillars and inner Hyperspikes (of the desired dimensions); F) n. 4 Hyperspike Series Pads.
• HP Add Kits: it’s an additional kit made only of frame & hardware parts able to create a suppletive level on a rack. The clearance between the shelves vary between 135 mm and 335 mm for the standardized custom lenghts (for other special measures we invite you to contact us by e-mail). Included in this kit there are: A) n. 4 inner screws; B) n. 4 stainless steel pillars and inner Hyperspikes (of the desired dimensions).

  NOTE: For the creation of custom lenghts higher than 365 mm it will be necessary to link and screw two stainless steel pillars. That’s because the machineries can’t work entire pillars over that measure.   Set of Shelves: each Hyperspike Prestige shelf in ceramic is separated from the frame Kits. These are the various configurations:

• for the HP Series: A) HP Set Shelves (HP-2 Set Shelves, HP-3 Set Shelves, HP-4 Set Shelves); B) HP Top Shelf; C) HP Inner Shelf. Finishes: natural Travertine and slate Black.

  Examples:

1. If you need to create an HP-4 in natural Travertine with the following clearance (mm from the bottom) 275/235/135, then you will need to order: A) HP-4 Set Shelves in natural Travertine; B) HP-StarterKit 275; C) HP-AddKit 235; D) HP-AddKit 135.
2. If you already have a standard HP-2 in slate black and need to add an extra level, then you should order: A) HP Inner Shelf in slate black; B) HP-AddKit (of the desired measure).
